Devine's returns and refund policy states that all orders including
perishable products and goods, to be notified and /or returned to Devine Gift
Baskets and Flowers within 7 days.
Account Customer Credit Conditions
- First Orders are Pro Forma (to be paid when ordered.)
- We offer 30 days credit upon receipt of, and approval of, your credit
application.
- Orders after Pro Forma will receive a 5% discount for payment within 7
days of receipt of goods BUT we reserve the right to exclude freight costs
from the discount due to the fact that Devine's on occasions use a second
party courier service.
- Payment can be by credit card, cheque or directly into our account. There
will be no discounts on payment by credit card.
- Regretfully Devine's cut off your credit if payment has not been made by the end
of the month, after 60 days from the
invoice date. We will also charge
interest from this date at a rate of 10%.
Direct Deposit:
You may prefer to use Direct Deposit in Devine's Bank Account.
If so, please fill in your order the day before and quote the bank deposit
(Reference Number) on the order form before sending it.

We endeavour to send your goods at the lowest rates. To achieve this end we
use;
1. Devine's team and
family deliver all local St George area for unless special delivery times
occur,
then we use a second party courier service. Sydney metropolitan is delivery
same day if orders are in by 10am
2. Couriers for VIP
Sydney Metro area - 4 hrs
3. Courier service
for all interstate and all outer country area's. Sydney same day - Interstate
1 to 5 working days.
One of
Devine's representatives will contact you in regards to the amount of time
required for deliveries
to out
area's nationally.
4. For immediate VIP service
to all states - 1 to 8 working days.
5. Australia Post for single box, small consignments
over night or - 1 to 7 working days interstate.
Please note:
Devine's lovely Gift
Baskets and Hampers need special attention when being packed and delivered
interstate.
They can be heavy in weight and large
in size which may incur extra courier charges.

Delivery to residential addresses maybe as late as 8pm within 20km radius of
C.B.D. and ordered before 10am
(A.E.S.T.) on the required day, Monday to Friday.
Saturday orders to be in by 10am, however no guarantee of delivery time can be given.
Other weekend orders will be processed on Monday morning.
A surcharge may apply to all Sunday and public holiday deliveries. Delivery restrictions apply and courier

DELIVERY
INFORMATION
The above estimates are based upon sending Devine's handmade gifts from Sydney,
Australia. If you require a Christmas gift basket or hamper to a destination
within Australia quicker than these times, please telephone us for other
delivery options on +61 2 9588 2555.
All
our Christmas gift baskets Christmas hampers are all made and shipped out of our
Sydney studio
using reputable courier companies. We rely on these
companies to make the deliveries on our behalf.
If the wrong address details are provided, or if the courier has no appropriate
place to leave your Christmas gift basket, hamper or fresh Christmas flowers.
You will be charged a rerouting fee for your gift delivery. Please make sure the
recipients mobile and land line phone number is placed with your order.
If you have any particular delivery instructions please inform us using the
"Special Instructions Box"
on
Devine's order form.
Timed Deliveries
are
available at an additional cost. VIP deliveries within 4 hours to the Sydney
metropolitan area are available, please phone
the Devine team for a quote.
Weekend Deliveries are possible within the Sydney
metropolitan area, however additional fees
will be incurred. Please contact the Devine team for a quote. If you choose a
date on the weekend and no additional fee has been paid, it will be delivered on
the next business day.
Some parts of Australia are particularly remote,
some areas may require special delivery arrangements to be made. If you are in
any doubt, either

Cancellations
or Alterations
to orders must be made 48 hours prior to despatch.
Courier Companies do charge a re-direction fee.

effort is made to deliver your gift basket, hamper or flowers, on your preferred day but due to
circumstances outside of our control this is not always possible.
OVERSEAS
gifts can also be arranged, contact one of the Devine Team, who
will assist you with your
order which can be sent through our professional relay system.

BULK ORDERS
Devine Gift Baskets and Flowers
specialise in Corporate Gourmet Hampers and Gift Baskets, enquiries are often made
regarding
bulk orders. If you require a quote for a
bulk order, contact one of the Devine

who can also provide you with a photograph of the final products
by request (sent by email).
ALCOHOL
All gift baskets and hampers ordered
from Devine's which include alcohol will only be delivered to persons
over the age of 18 years.
GST
All prices quoted are
inclusive of GST. There are no hidden costs with our products or delivery
charges.
PRODUCTS
Here at Devine’s we always try to
provide the product stated in this brochure however, if this product is
unavailable we will replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
CHILLED
PACKAGING. All hampers which are to be delivered chilled, are
only for Sydney Metro.
Devine's do supply
sufficient chill packs for each hamper, and we will advise if the hamper
destination is so far that we will need to use long life products in place of
the chilled products (of equal quality and value appropriately).
VIP
SERVICE
Devine's will recommend if a
VIP
delivery service is required. An additional fee will be applicable for this
VIP service. Please make sure that the
phone numbers, both land line and mobile, and
delivery address are correct.
Devine's will phone the recipient, but we will not take responsibility if there
is no-one at the destination to receive your gift on arrival. The gift will be
returned to our studio and a re-direction fee will be required.
CREDIT
CARD CHARGES We accept Mastercard,
Visa, deposit/transfer into
our bank account, Australian cheques and Australia
Post Money Orders without surcharge. Please note that cheques & money orders are
subject to clearance. American Express and Diners
