DELIVERY - SYDNEY AND AUSTRALIA WIDE

Devine Gift Baskets and Flowers will do their utmost to deliver all gifts in the allocated times below, due to the remoteness of some areas of Australia and the difficulty in delivering to some of these areas, please allow the following times for delivery:

New South Wales:
Sydney: Same day if ordered before 10.00AM Sydney time
Country: 1-2 working days

Victoria:
Melbourne: 1-2 working days
Country: 2-3 working days

South Australia:
Adelaide: 1-2 working days
Country: 2-5 working days

Queensland:
Brisbane, Gold Coast: 2-3 working days
Country: 2-5 working days

Western Australia:
Perth: 3-7 working days
Country: 6-9 working days

Northern Territory:
All: 5-9 working days

Tasmania:
All: 5-9 working days

DELIVERY INFORMATION
The above estimates are based upon sending Devine's handmade gifts from Sydney, Australia. If you require a Christmas gift basket or hamper to a destination within Australia quicker than these times, please telephone us for other delivery options on +61 2 9588 2555.

All our Christmas gift baskets Christmas hampers are all made and shipped out of our Sydney studio
using reputable courier companies. We rely on these companies to make the deliveries on our behalf.

If the wrong address details are provided, or if the courier has no appropriate place to leave your Christmas gift basket, hamper or fresh Christmas flowers. You will be charged a rerouting fee for your gift delivery. Please make sure the recipients mobile and land line phone number is placed with your order.

If you have any particular delivery instructions please inform us using the "special instructions box"
on Devine's order form.

Timed deliveries are available at an additional cost. VIP deliveries within 4 hours to the Sydney metropolitan area are available, please phone the Devine team for a quote.

Weekend Deliveries are possible within the Sydney metropolitan area, however additional fees will be incurred. Please contact the Devine team for a quote. If you choose a date on the weekend and no additional fee has been paid, it will be delivered on the next business day.

Deliveries on weekends and public holidays outside of the Sydney metro are not possible if you require a Devine Gift Basket or Hamper. If an online order is made with a delivery date on the weekend it will be delivered on the next working day available.

Parts of Australia are particularly remote, some area's may require special delivery arrangements to be made. If you are in any doubt, either contact us beforehand or send your order online and we will call you if needed and let you know immediately if your order requires special delivery arrangements that could lead to a delay.

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made at least (48 hours) prior to despatch.

Every effort is made to deliver your gift basket on your preferred day but due to circumstances outside of our control this is not always possible.

Overseas gifts can also be arranged, contact one of the Devine Team, who will assist you with your
order which can be sent through our professional relay system.

Special Handling Rates For Country and Interstate
      Devine's lovely Gift Baskets and Hampers need special attention when being packed and
      delivered interstate. They can be heavy in weight and large in size which may incur extra courier charges.
      If Devine's think your Gourmet Hamper or Gift Baskets needs extra special attention with packaging,
      or delivery, we shall notify you.

BULK ORDERS
Devine Gift Baskets and Flowers specialise in Corporate Gourmet Hampers and Gift Baskets, and enquiries are often made regarding bulk orders. If you require a quote on a bulk order's and Delivery costs, contact one of the Devine team on +61 2 9588 2555 who will provide you with a detailed quote, and a photograph of the final products if you request it, emailed directly to you.

ALCOHOL
All gift baskets and hampers ordered from Devine's which include alcohol will only be delivered to persons
over the age of 18 years.

GST
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST. There are no hidden cost's with our products or delivery charges.

PRODUCTS
Here at Devine’s we always try to provide the product stated in this brochure, however, if this product is
unavailable we will replace it with a like product of equal or greater value.
